Carrington was one of the 19th and early 20th centuries’ most aggressive paranormal researchers and writers. In this book, Carrington covers a variety of topics related to ghosts and paranormal research.
Though some of the material is dated — particularly the references to ghost photos and the manifestion of wax hands — other topics are still very current and worthy of further research.
This book is a reprint of the second edition of this classic book, with a new introduction by paranormal researcher Fiona Broome.
It is a companion volume to Ms. Broome’s edited and annotated version of this same work, due later in 2009 or early 2010.
